Our mussels are rope grown in the pure, plankton rich waters of the north atlantic, free from contamination.
Due to the optimum growing conditions on our farms, the mussels we produce have a high meat yeild and minimum shell fouling.
We operate a strict monitoring program, taking regular samples for testing at an accredited laboratory to ensure our mussels are always safe to eat.
